How do I return an item?

Return Policy:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the merchandise can be returned in factory new condition (see explanation below) within 60 days, for a full refund of the cost of product only. You must call for a return authorization prior to returning any merchandise, otherwise your returns will not be accepted.

How to Ship:

A copy of your original order must accompany your return shipment. Products to be returned must be packaged inside another durable box to prevent damage to the original product packaging. The customer is responsible for any damage during shipping due to improper packaging, and will be refunded only for items not damaged during shipping. Any items damaged during shipping will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

requires that the original retail packaging is in like-new condition. No missing, torn, taped, scratched, soaked, or otherwise disfigured packaging will be accepted. This includes all padding, spacers, bags, and any other components used for packaging the product and its accessories, as well as all parts, fittings, adapters, instructions, cords, and any other components that were included with the original product.
