Shipping Policy
We charge actual shipping rates: we add no handling fees or other fees to the shipping price. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. Every package is insured for damage during delivery.We make certain that every package is packed securely to preclude damage during transit.  If your package is received with damage, please let us know and we can replace the order if necessary. In such a case, you may need to file a claim with the shipping company.
Product Returns Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to obtain a Return Materials Authorization number and advise on expected return date. Return the unused products (at your cost) and we will offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. You will only be refunded for undamaged items. If items have been damaged during attempted installation or are damaged during return shipping us due to improper packaging, you will only be refunded for the items not damaged.
