Norwesco 1,700 Gallon Below-Ground Cistern


The cistern is light-weight for easy transport and installation.  Our below-ground polyethylene cistern's molded, ribbed, one-piece design gives the light-weight tank added strength, and contributes to the ease of transport and install. These cisterns are made of 100% virgin resin which meets FDA specifications.  Manhole extensions and lid/riser combinations are available to bring access to ground level.

All Norwesco cistern tanks are manufactured by means of the rotational molding process, which produces a one-piece, seamless, watertight tank. Polyethylene is unaffected by soil chemicals so Norwesco the tanks will not rust or corrode and require no additional coatings as other tanks do. Norwesco’s strict quality guidelines ensure an environmentally safe cistern tank.

Requires 200 Gallon of water minimum for backfill.
